Oh I love this and I can see my team using this as we look for new designers. However looking at the stack ranking, dont you think the dissimeation of the skills you would have influenced by the skills of the people in the room.
For example I bring UX, Information Architecture, User research and product management skills to the table but my title would be of an UX architect. Another UX architect would bring UX, Information Architecture and strong visual design skills. How do you define the diversity defining the job roles you came up.
