Keep your skin clean:

Apply a face mask once or twice a week to help nourish and hydrate your skin. You can use a store-bought face mask or make your own by mixing honey and avocado or coconut oil.

Moisturize your skin daily to help keep it hydrated and healthy. Look for a moisturizer that is suitable for your skin type.

Get plenty of sleep and manage your stress, as both can have a big impact on your skin.
