You’re confusing elections to lawsuits, friend. That’s a fool’s errand: the opinions that matter in a court don’t come from voters: they come from juries or judges. Because of that, in this country, no one’s past is meaningless once it enters the courthouse.

You ask if the emoluments case has been tried yet. I once again ask you to stop being so damned lazy: I’m not here to spoonfeed you Google searches. If you don’t have the information on a topic which is immediately available to the entire world, then you shouldn’t be debating with anyone who does.
