Our Gear Ticket launch on Kalao on Sept. 21st of 1600 Gear Tickets sold out completely. A week later, users were able to redeem their Gear Tickets for Gear NFTs. Now equip, upgrade, repair, and decompose features have been live for almost a week now!

We want to see your Gear in action and see what difference your Gear NFT setup makes! Showcase your Gear on Twitter to receive Gear Fragment rewards, so you can really up your Gear game with MetaDerby.

Here’s how to win:

1. Showcase your 1st place wins wearing Gear NFTs via screenshots or video recordings

Screenshots/recordings should match one of the 4 types in the pictures below:

2. Post your screens/recordings to Twitter and:

b. Tag 3 friends
c. Use the hashtag #GearNFT

Rewards:

About Gear Fragments:

• The Gear system has an attribute of durability.
• Gear will wear and tear after every race, wearing down from 100% to 0%
• When your Gear wear reaches 0%, Gear will break and no longer be usable
• Should you like to reuse the Gear, you can repair it via Gear Fragments
• The lower the % of the Gear’s wear, the more Gear Fragments you’ll need to repair your Gear

How to get Gear Fragments?

1. MetaDerby Social Media Campaign and Activity airdrops (like this one)
2. Decompose your Gear into multiple fragments. The higher the class of your Gear, the more fragments you’ll receive from decomposing it.
