NFT Functionality on Wirex

For those that do not know of Wirex it is the first mass-market non-custodial wallet, it is a worldwide digital payment platform and regulated institution creating new rules in the digital payments space. The wallet has over 4.5 million users across 130 countries. Currently Wirex is busy with plans on expanding services to clientele the team at Wirex has decided on adding NFT implementation as a function of their new update. Users can now add NFTs and tokens on their wallets from multiple blockchains with the simplicity of Google Pay or Apple Pay as well as credit card or bank transfers. The platform has offerings for users in Countries such as India, Malaysia, Indonesia and Portugal.

The NFTs will be available via multiple blockchains so clients can purchase their artwork via OpenSea, Magic Eden, Solsea,Foundation, and more. Another bonus of the Wirex wallet NFT implementation is that there will be no need for private keys due to the wallet’s biometrics-based security and multi-party computation.

NFTs are not the only thing the team at Wirex is focusing on. The company has also expanded on payment methods for those wanting to purchase crypto assets as well. As stated earlier in this article Google Pay, Apple Pay and other fiat methods are offered and now users can also make purchases on multiple chains without the need for gas fees. There are payment methods available for all users in all corners of the earth.

Wirex has announced these changes after announcing a strategic partnership with Tori Zero- a metaverse NFT project that utilizes motion caputure technology. Redlab Studio Co-founder James Wildbore spoke on his excitement for utilizing the services offered by Wirex.

Wirex has plans on creating opportunites to make digital investments and purchases easy for all that use the platform with quick and simple options that are aimed to make trades easier for clientele no matter where they are located.
