🤖 Server Maintenance
To enhance the game performance, there will be a server maintenance starting at today (20 Jan) 2PM UTC+8, players will not be able to log in the game during the maintenance period. Players are required to update the game app after maintenance is done. More details will be announced later.
⚠️ Special Treatment to Account Under Investigation
As our system has identified frequent suspicious activities from one of the account on the leaderboard, we are now temporary withholding the ranking reward of this account. It is our goal to provide fairness gaming environment to all the Metasnake lovers, so no worries, we will take further investigation on it and prevent the similar scenario happening again.
To compensate the players affected, we have adjusted the ranking reward distribution by skipping the suspicious account. All players’ ranking will move up one level and receive a better reward. (i.e. For the 1st runner up player, he can get the champion reward; For the 101 rank player, he can get the 100 rank reward as well)
