Metavault and Azuro: A Strategic Integration
Metavault’s integration with Azuro marks an important moment into the DeFi hub’s offering as users will now be able to proceed sports betting directly from the Hub.
This expansion beyond traditional DeFi offerings positions Metavault as a versatile and comprehensive platform in the DeFi space.
Aside from benefiting from the large offering of the DeFi hub, such as spot DEXs, perpetual DEXs, prediction markets, and bridging, the sportsbook is now available thanks to Azuro infrastructure!
Everyone can now bet on a trustless and decentralized platform on their favorite sport teams, players and results! The opportunities are endless as multiple new sports and betting options will be released in the upcoming weeks/months.
For the moment, you can already bet on no less than 14 sports and e-sports!
Azuro appeared as the best partner to deploy this model thanks to their backend-as-a-service model, which is similar to our perp DEX service.
They provide the required infrastructure to any frontend wishing to incorporate sports betting into their interface.
This relationship is also mutually beneficial since Metavault interface brings more volume and 30% of the fees generated on Metavault are redirected to Azuro pools for providing the infrastructure. On the other side, Metavault keeps 70% of the fees generated which will then whether be redistributed to $MVX holders or used for buyback and burn, depending on the result of the current proposal.
