Most of you have probably become aware of this recent buzzword ‘The Metaverse’, setting the trend for all internet things, so much so that it now has its own Wiki definition.
The metaverse is the hypothesized next iteration of the internet, supporting decentralized, persistent online 3-D virtual environments. This virtual space will be accessible through virtual reality headsets, augmented reality glasses, smartphones, PCs, and game consoles.
In other words, it is not far-fetched to think of the Metaverse as eventually transforming to host practically every brand, service, and product you can think of. Of course, its complex infrastructure is still underway carefully developed, and without a doubt, the innovations that arise from such momentous architecture will set new standards for almost all live industries. That said, given its widespread and disruptive potential, we are thrilled to announce that we’ll be building this new world that blockchain enables — our version of this is called MetaVPad.
We are spearheading this new platform, not only to keep you up to date with the latest progress, but to also communicate the endless possibilities that could emerge from such an exhilarating edifice.
