Introduction:

Let's embark on a journey into the world of HR analytics with the Employee Dataset from Kaggle. This dataset pulsates with the heartbeat of an organization and provides insight into the patterns, numbers, and attrition stories of a dynamic workforce.

My Dashboard

As we delve deeper into this labyrinth of data, I unveil the narrative of the organization's employees.

- Active Employees: 3,053
- Attrition Count: 1,600

Exploring Attrition Dynamics:

Attrition in the workplace is often accompanied by departures of employees with varying education levels.

- Attrition by City: Pune resonates with 639 farewells, Bangalore bids adieu to 595, and New Delhi’s corridors echo with 366 partings.

Gender and Age, Partners in Attrition:

Attrition is not colorblind; it paints with the hues of age and gender.
- Attrition Rate by Gender/Age Group: Under 25s at 28.92%, Over 41s at 23.21%, and the 36–40 age bracket at 21.54% reveal the canvas of departure.

Education Amidst the Stayees:

While some embark on new journeys, others deepen their roots.
- Education by Active Employees: Bachelors form the majority with 2,472, Masters at 447, and the intellectual Ph.D. league comprises 134.

Conclusion:

As the curtains fall on this analytics odyssey, we stand at the intersection of data and decisions. Attrition is not merely a departure; it’s a story of paths taken, choices made, and futures shaped.

Recommendation:

This intricate dance of numbers prompts us to tailor retention strategies, nurture growth pathways, and foster an environment where each employee’s journey is valued.

The HR Analytics Dashboard not only visualizes attrition but weaves the story of an organization’s heartbeat — its employees.
