Women Need to Date Carpenters Like Men Date Yoga Instructors
Heidi K. Isern

When I was growing up, the ethic of working with your hands to create things was considered a noble pursuit. It showed that you were not only handy, but creative, thoughtful, utilitarian, and skillful. These were and I still believe important assets to have, but manual labor as it’s called now, is looked down upon, and many upscale women would poo-poo the idea of coupling with a blue collar (never mind the shit you see in porn) and to these women I say, you aren’t that special honey. Ignore good, solid, down to earth men, who would give the shirt off their backs for you at your peril.
