I have no idea how returns work, but I didn’t have to return any of the things I ordered…because they fit.
I’ve had reasonable luck with eshakti, which does made-to-order clothes.

Returns are actually pretty easy — I’ve returned some things that just didn’t look right when they arrived or that got cut slightly wrong and don’t work, and the process has always been pretty simple. You initiate a return online, and they will give you store credit for the item, customization, and shipping, or a refund of the item’s purchase price. They include a prepaid return label, so I just have to pack up whatever’s going back and park it at my office’s front desk for the mail lady.
