I liked how much you documented your process. It is nice to be able to see what steps you took through the multitude of pictures. I wish the flavor in each of the parts of the cookies were more pronounced. I wouldn’t have been able to tell you the ingredients in the green seaweed part from the flavor. What if you used more fruit in the green outside other than the lemon zest?
