Taking the complexity out of the creation of statement of works — Drag and drop vs. cut and paste

If you have worked as engagement manager, bid manager, sales consultant or any similar role responsible for creating client offers, then you probably share my feeling….

… creating proper Statement of Work (SOWs) or Engagement Letters or however the formal offer is called… is time consuming, in most cases very repetitive and frustrating as we already know upfront that around 80% of the proposals will be lost, i.e. canned work…

… the standard method to increase the productivity is to reuse former proposals and cut and paste from other proposals to come to your client specific offer, some have created word-macros to simplify the process…

.. but many issues remain, such as unwanted residual info from the original proposal used (“old” client namer references), lot of tidy work to remove and add pieces…

… at AIoT Hub we have developed a completly different approach to make creating offers a creative and fun activity…

.. we allow you to create Lego-style task blocks as well as standard headers (for example a standard company description) and footers (such as standard terms and conditions), all Lego task blocks are loaded with the proper scope / deliverables content…

…and all you do is adding tasks/scope part/deliverables using drag and drop, you can add, delete, re-arrange in seconds… and when you push the button you get the full SOW in an instant…
