Meet up with SIR BILAL
Our circle leader Asma Taswar arranged a meeting with Sir Bilal. We Amal circle prepare the different question that we have to ask from Sir Bilal. We reached at sir Bilal office before time i.e 2 O’clock. Sir Bilal was also present before time.
We start our meeting, question-answer session going on, the behavior of sir with us was very cooperative, supportive and polite. He answered us every question with passion and love. He shares his views on all question in detail and we were able to understand the concepts of different question and answers. He told us about the different category of the questions i.e open ended and close ended and how to answer theme.
He tells us about the current scenario of the market. How people are working, what are the demands of the market? We discussed the biggest issue about the future career, how we can choose our career path by working in different sectors and by gaining experience via an internship. We should choose the work as a career which we love, feel the passion and enjoy. How we can go the extra mile to achieve our goals. How we can be different from others candidates in job specification and job description. Keep in mind job description and job specification, audited/analyzed yourself, well and good where you are fit but where you lack go to the extra mile and learn these new things. He also described the cover letter as a skill set of a candidate. How to introduced yourself? Just keep in mind job specification and explore your work experience i.e projects in the university, activities and any volunteer work that set you a best and strong candidate for the position.
At the end, sir was very happy and surprise about our activity that why we are doing this who support us. He also offers us a free lecture to our Amal fellows on career counseling, if Amal staff allow him.
I personally and my circle group are extremely thankful to Sir Billal for his precious time, cooperation and offering a lecture.
