My son is 12.

H. Nemesis Nyx…glad you did not make that choice-especially with someone depending on you…

I know sometimes it’s hard to go on (and I am well acquainted with the pain of living and wanting to end it all)…but knowing that someone needs you does mitigate it. Most of my issues were in my late teens/early 20’s and I’ve adapted, but it never fully disappears (and I’m writing this as a 51 year old). Still, having a wife and two kids that love and value me makes it very difficult to choose that option, let alone being a Catholic (although-I’ve never claimed to be a GOOD one <g>).

Glad you’re holding your own…hold on for your son…and yourself!
