Nothing wrong with your headlines, but your conclusions are wonky:-
Also you leave out some vital stuff
0) Cry — tears contain you stress, look for what makes you cry and practice this form of stress reslease on your own. Aim for the gentle release of tears, not heaving sobs.. If you can contain them you need help.
0a) Laughter — you should have a balance of tears and laughter in your life.
- Use attention training to build mental flexibility
Pay attention to your moods but dont ignore your negative feelings and emotions, and dont let you ego send you down the path of unbridled hedonism. Apy attention to your moods and keep them balanced.
2) Exercise 4) Rest
These are two sides of the same coin, you can over-exercise and under rest and vice-versa. You need to practice and find the forms that work for you. Yoga is a great exercise that also combines a contemplative aspect. Try Yin and Yang yoga and dont overdo it.
3) Talk to yourself. A lot.
You can talk until youre blue in the face, but if no-one is listening you’ll get nowhere. Rather I suggest the following approach: detach, listen, suggest.
5) Clarify and cultivate your values
How do Jasper’s and Jenny’s stories support the headline, perhaps Jasper is in tune with his values and Jenny is actually way off center.
