I agree, I think it was an attempt at self-aggrandizement while simultaneously parroting the “entitled Millennials” meme. As to whether those generalizations are accurate, well, I don’t personally know every Millennial and I don’t know how many of them fall into the arbitrary category you’ve defined, so I’m not sure it’s a particularly useful generalization. But I’m glad that we can agree that Millennials aren’t easily defined or generalized and that the “entitled Millennial” stereotype has little merit.
