Meg Goldberg

I was born on June 1, 2000 in Seattle, Washington. I moved to Arlington heights when I was about a year old. I have an older brother named Riley who’s a freshman in college and I have a younger brother named Brendan who’s in 8th grade. I went to Windsor for elementary school and south for middle school. When I was younger I played soccer and I was in dance. I continued those until I was in 8th grade. I also did poms in 8th grade and cheer in freshman year.

I chose happy by Pharrell Williams because it reminds me of when I was on poms because we had a routine to this song. It’s also an upbeat song that’s fun to listen to.

People that inspire me

This is a picture of me and my mom. She inspires me because she’s kind, caring, and determined.

This is a picture of me and my dad. He inspires me because he’s hardworking and caring.

This is a picture of me and my brothers. They inspire me because they’re kind and helpful to others.

One of my dreams is to one day go on vacation to Bora Bora. It's a really pretty place and it looks like it would be really fun to visit.

My perception of America

I chose these pictures because these are some of the first things I think of when I think of America.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
