Core values are the statement of what’s important to the people in an organization. When they build a consensus around those things, decisions become easier as the values inform every action they take.
We particularly like the distinction of vulnerability as a key part of Openness. No one accomplishes anything major without the sense that they are at risk, having put themselves there.
