Part 1: The story of my life in 100 words

I was born on March 18, 2003 in Evanston, Illinois. My earliest memory is waiting for my mom to come home from work so she could tell me stories. I’ve loved stories ever since I was little. Throughout my whole life, whatever happened to me, I always had stories. I transferred to a new school in third grade. I had to make new friends and adjust to a new environment. I learned that I was good at math and science. I met friends who will stay with me for a lifetime. And through all of that, I still had stories.

Part 2: Graphing my life

Part 3: Music that moves me:

I chose Don’t Stop Believin’ by Journey as a song that inspires me. The link to that video is here. Whenever I’m feeling sad, I can listen to this song and feel better immediately. It’s a song that my friends and I have loved since 5th grade, so whenever I hear it I think of them. The song reminds me that every little thing in life is beautiful.

Part 4: Me at 9:00 PM

At 9:00 PM on August 22, 2017, I was at basketball practice.

Part 5: Looped Video

Here is a link to my looped video. I love petting my dog!

Part 6: Pictures of 3 people who inspire me

J.k Rowling:

J.k Rowling inspires me because she never gives up. When she was still writing the first Harry Potter book she was divorced and living with her sister. She depended on welfare benefits to make sure her and her daughter had enough to eat. She kept writing through her struggles and prevailed.

My Grandmother

My grandmother inspires me because she was always open to new things. She grew up very poor during the depression. She made a life for herself despite the fact that she didn’t have a college education. She was fun loving and free-spirited.

Barack Obama:

Barack Obama inspires me because he had to go through many different barriers to become the President of the United States. To become the first African American president is no easy task. He is a very eloquent and respectful speaker. He celebrates people’s differences.

Part 7: A quote that inspires me.

Keep your face always toward the sunshine — and shadows will fall behind you. — Walt Whitman
