I think the key lesson is that you’ll always need to find a way to make your productivity and your work happen around your personality, around something that makes sense for you.

Great advice! You are more likely to stick with a routine that feels genuine.

In spite of the plethora of electronic options, I favor a pen and notepad to map out my schedule each week. (But I also rely on my Outlook Calendar — gotta have those meeting reminders!)
