I find the Bot-UX stuff really interesting. I’ve worked with bots that are focused on internal technical teams for years, but Bot-UX for a productized bot that is targeted at cross-functional teams requires all the care that an app or website does (albeit without as much effort once you have a theme which could unlock a bunch of APIs).

Are you looking at bots on additional platforms as well? So far, we’ve seen the most demand for Slack & Facebook Messenger (in anticipation of a potential Chat SDK). We’re collecting demand for which platforms have the most bot demand for our market here as part of our Urban Airship “Deliverator” bot as we evaluate how broad the ecosystem may be:
