Chicken fajitas recipe w/ tortillas!

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • Lawry’s Baja Chipotle Marinade
  • tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1–2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • homemade guacamole (check out recipe on a previous post)
  • sour cream
  • cholula hot sauce
  • optional: lime and cilantro

1) Marinade sliced chicken breast for a minimum of 30 minutes. I use a good amount of marinade!

2) In a deep saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and green peppers. Cook until lightly browned.

3) Add chicken to same pan. Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

4) In a separate pan, warm tortillas on both sides and remove from heat.

5) Add chicken to tortilla. Top with homemade guacamole and sour cream. Add a few drops of cholula or any hot sauce of your choice.

6) For added flavor, finish with fresh lime and cilantro.
