Meatball recipe! Serve with your favorite marinara sauce. Here I used it with my homemade marinara sauce & zucchini noodles from a previous post (click on link in bio for easier read).

-1 pound ground chicken

-1 medium onion, diced

-1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

-1/3 cup skim milk (lactaid milk for me ☺)

-1/2 cup bread crumbs

-1/2 teaspoon salt

-1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

-1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

-3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

-3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

-optional: a small dash of sriracha or any hot sauce

-optional: 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2) Place ground chicken in a mixing bowl. Combine with all ingredients: onions, Worcestershire sauce, milk, breadcrumbs, salt & garlic salt, Italian seasoning, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper. Optional: add hot sauce and grated parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly blended.

3) Form 1 1/2 inch meatballs with your hands or spoon and place onto a baking sheet.

4) Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Let cool and serve with marinara sauce.
