Nice read and really understand the frustration. Digial analytics is working in a very traditional way. This is what i feel. When conversion rate optimization, SEO, SEM and GrowthHacking practioneers are now right into the Agile and Kanbans world (not all of them for sure :-) ).

We really should move, however, i think, the key to a successeful transformation is a very advanced collabotion and SHARED goals with all the marketers and business managers.
