Therefore, a healthy diet might be as good for your brain as it is for your heart. Eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Choose low-fat protein sources, such as fish and beans. Your dirk is also important. Drink an abundant amount of fresh water and don’t drink alcohol. Too much alcohol can lead to confusion and memory loss.

When you repeat what you learned previously, It amazingly helps you to memorize it for the long term. Repetition learning significantly increases the memory performance.
Repetition is also a key learning aid because it helps transition a skill from the conscious to the subconscious. Through repetition, a skill is practiced and rehearsed over time and gradually becomes easier.
7. Meditation:
Regular meditation helps you increase neuron cells in your brain. It helps you to be calm and quiet and gives a feeling of enchantment. When you achieve calmness you can rule your memory.
