with ‘creating a new habit’ always there is an underlying , not quite obviously observed side of de-structuring an old one…and even if many people actively focus on creating the new one, many troubles arise from not being aware of the unlearning (of old habit) which must happen before or at least in the same time with learning (creating) the new ways….and this is something to ponder about…
then there is another question: do we really want to do important things for our life quality habitually, in other words — absent minded, automatically? just asking…
