Namaste dosto! Aaj hum baat karenge ek classic Indian dish ki — Dhokla Dhokla ek swadisth aur halka fulka snack hai jo har kisi ko pasand aata hai. Iske alag alag versions hain, lekin aaj hum sikhenge traditional dhokla kaise banata hai. Toh chaliye shuru karte hain

1. Dhokla ke Liye Samagri:

Dhokla banane ke liye humein kuch samagri ki zarurat hogi:

1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)

1 cup Sooji (Semolina)

1 cup Dahi (Yogurt)

1/2 teaspoon Haldi (Turmeric)

1 teaspoon Eno ya Soda Bicarbonate

2 tablespoon Tel (Oil)

1 teaspoon Rai (Mustard Seeds)

10–12 Kadi Patta (Curry Leaves)

1 teaspoon Chini (Sugar)

1 teaspoon Namak (Salt)

1 teaspoon Adrak aur Lehsun ka paste (Ginger and Garlic Paste)

1 cup Pani (Water)

2. Dhokla Banane ka Tareeka:

Ab hum dhokla banane ka step by step tareeka dekhein:

Step 1: Batter Banayein

Ek bowl mein besan, sooji, dahi, haldi, namak, chini, aur adrak-lehsun ka paste daalein.

Thoda thoda karke pani daal kar achhi tarah se batter bana lein. Batter ko itna patla na karein, thoda garha hona chahiye.

Step 2: Batter ko Ferment Karein

Batter banane ke baad use cover karein aur use kam se kam 4–5 ghante tak ya poora raat ke liye rakh dein, taki wo achhi tarah se ferment ho sake.

Step 3: Tadka Lagayein

Fermented batter mein eno ya soda bicarbonate daalein aur ache se mix karein.

Ek plate ko tel se achhi tarah grease karein aur usmein batter daal dein.

Step 4: Steam karein

Ab ek large steamer ya cooker mein paani garam karein.

Jab paani garam ho jaye, batter wale plate ko steamer mein rakhein aur dhak kar 15–20 minutes tak steam karein.

Step 5: Check karein Dhokla

Dhokla pakne ke baad toothpick ya knife se check karein ki wo achhi tarah se pak gaya hai ya nahi. Agar clean nikalta hai toh dhokla taiyar hai.

Step 6: Tadka Lagayein (Optional)

Ek pan mein tel garam karein, usmein rai aur kadi patta daalein.

Tadka ko dhokla par evenly distribute karein.

Step 7: Cut karein aur Serve karein

Dhokla thoda thanda ho jane par use pieces mein cut karein aur dhania patti se sajayein.

Dhokla ko hari chutney ya tamatar ki chutney ke sath serve karein.

3. Tips aur Tricks:

Dhokla batter ko ache se ferment hone ke liye use kam se kam 4–5 ghante tak ya poora raat ke liye rakhna important hai.

Dhokla banate waqt steamer mein paani ka level sahi rakhein, taaki dhokla evenly cook ho.

Tadka lagane se dhokla ka swad aur bhi badh jata hai, lekin ye optional hai.

Agar aap spicy dhokla chahte hain, toh tadka mein hari mirch aur imli ka pani bhi daal sakte hain.
