Yoga :New thing for me to relax my self

I just hear about yoga that you can make your self keep and calm and make yourself healthy by doing yoga but for me its a theory i donot know is it proper work or not but now i try two types of it which make me good experience .let me share my personal experience about Sama Vritti or “Equal Breathing” and Abdominal Breathing Technique
Sama Vritti technique is very usefull for me like this is usefull before sleep inhale and exhale breath for the count of 4 and make practice of it .This technique helps you to increase your breathing stamina.you can use it while swimming and other activities.
Abdominal Breathing techinque which helps me alot. It’s very useful when mind is stuck and we want to do some work, at that time this technique is very useful and it’s also very helpful. By using these techniques yoga is bit intrested to me and i hope in future it will helps me alot.
