I am currently a Senior Software Development manager at Amazon. Most of my people network comes from the small-mid stage startup ecosystem cross data engineering / data science. Frankly, I never thought I'd work at a large company after my short stint at IBM as a college intern in 2007.

My technical passion is around data engineering and scaling systems out for high performance but my current role focuses on another passion of mine: developing people (and at scale!). I lead an engineering team in Amazon focused on developing and onboarding employees in Amazon's Worldwide Operations network and have the privilege of leading the Career Choice engineering organization in addition to other internal products.
