Mac ‘n Cheese with Sriracha Spam

Weight loss should not be a sad affair. It should be fun and full of tasty food. Today I am going to give you a recipe for something delicious: Mac ‘n Cheese with Sriracha Spam. I have only made this once, but it was a hit. My girlfriend even said that it was “good” and that the Spam was “not gross” even though it “smelled weird out of the can.”

Mac ‘n Cheese with Sriracha Spam

Two servings. 550 calories each.

Ingredients:

One box of Great Value Mac and Cheese

A sprinkling of Great Value Fiesta Mix Cheese

Half a can of original Spam

Some Sriracha

A drizzle of olive oil

Some black pepper

1/3 cup Milk

Four tablespoons of butter

Instructions:

Step One: Put some water (doesn’t matter how much just put a bunch in there) in a pot and bring it to a boil.

Step Two: While the water is getting ready to boil, take the Spam out of the can and dice half of the Spam block into small cubes.

Step Three: Put a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and heat it on medium-high heat. After it is hot, put the diced Spam into the pan.

Step Four: Put the macaroni in the water and cook it for eight minutes.

Step Five: Squirt some Sriracha onto the Spam. Then put some black pepper on the Spam. It is fanciest if you use a black pepper grinder. You can use normal black pepper but it is lame and your food will taste bad.

Step Six: Let the Spam fry on the pan, stirring occasionally, until the Spam is crispy.

Step Seven: Drain the macaroni. Add milk, butter and cheese powder according to the Great Value instructions.

Step Eight: Take the completed Great Value Mac and Cheese and put it in an 8x8 baking pan.

Step Nine: Put a sprinkling of Great Value Fiesta Mix Cheese on top of the Mac and Cheese. Be careful. If you put too little, your mac and cheese will not be cheesy enough. If you put too much, your friends will think you are gross.

Step Ten: Put your crispy Spam on top of your mac and cheese. Cover the pan in aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 °F.

Step Eleven: Take it out of the oven and eat it. It is now good and tasty.
