You May be Fined for not Shoveling your Sidewalk — According to WSET you could be fined for not shoveling, or at a minimum salting the sidewalk in front of your house. Once snow finishes falling you have 4 hours to clear the side walk. if it falls overnight you have until noon the next day.

Virginia may get a new state rock — According to New and Advance students of Peidmont Virginia Community College have representatives presenting a new state rock for Virginia. Virginia is currently one of only five states that do not have an official state rock. Krug and Michelle Stanislaus are presenting Nelsonite to be the rock for a Virginia General Assembly.

Packin heat for work — according WSET Bedford county employees are now aloud to carry concealed weapons to work. The unanimous decision was made Monday by the seven members of the borad of supervisers in Bedford. Employees must still have a concealed carry permit to carry in the work place.
