Only the ones I had to clean when I worked in a few different restaurants. And while the men’s rooms were certainly grosser, the women’s were always still pretty bad. But you are correct, there’s no way I could know that every women’s bathroom is gross. But imagine for a moment that your mother/sister/cousin/partner/friend was breastfeeding and was forced to use a bathroom to breastfeed that was indeed gross. How would that make you feel?
If a woman feels that a cover up is necessary when she is breastfeeding, then it’s necessary. If she doesn’t, then it’s not. There are legal protections in almost every state for a woman to breastfeed in public.
