I’m a big fan of screw caps. I find they slow the oxidation process after the bottle has been opened, and you’re never going to have to worry about encountering a corked bottle. Having said that, there’s something incredibly romantic about the traditional cork that just can’t be replaced… that “pop” is one of my favorite sounds in the world!
