Jon, I couldn’t agree more. Rather than prescribing classes to earn a degree, why not create an environment of exploration for students to discover more about themselves as well as gain understanding of how the academic side can help them achieve their career goals and/or dreams? Engage the student on all levels before, during, and after the semester.
