I hear you, but I never sought to mock the name Drumpf.

I understand you didn’t intend to mock someone’s ethnic roots, but you mocked them just the same. John Oliver introduced Drumpf as a way to mock Trump. Attacking someone that way is no less racist just because it’s directed at a person from the political out group.
