When he was young, Michael Brian Cotter was always disciplined. He graduated from West Point and attended Ranger and Airborne schools. While serving as an infantry officer, he gained valuable insight into the importance of discipline and organization.

Besides earning his bachelor's degree in engineering mechanics, Michael Brian Cotter also played on the hockey team for four years. His time at West Point served as the beginning of his desire to improve his health and develop more effective personnel.

After graduating from West Point, Michael worked for Lockheed Martin for a couple of years. During his time with the company, he led a team that developed an international satellite network that collected intelligence.

After leaving the aerospace industry, Michael Brian Cotter focused his attention on the internet industry. Over the course of his career, he has gained a deep understanding of the various sectors of the financial, manufacturing, and IT industries. He then spent two years working as an executive search consultant for Morgan Samuels.

For two years, Michael Brian Cotter was the Director of Panda Software's US sales group. He was responsible for overseeing the company's US sales efforts, including the development of new distribution channels and the execution of its OEM expansion. During this time, he was able to increase the company's US income by over two-fold.

Michael Brian Cotter worked for a couple of years at a company known as Quadrant Information Services, where he was responsible for providing services to the insurance industry. Eventually, he was able to expand the company's operations into General Agency. In 2007, he was appointed as the VP of Business Development for a company known as Quatrro BPO Solutions. This was a pioneering company that provided one-call-support services to small and home businesses.
