Boulevard Park Positive Review

Boulevard Park is a wonderful place. There are many incredibly fun activities to do there that everybody can have a good time. For example there is the boardwalk, which is perfect for a young couple or a group of college girls to take a walk on a nice afternoon. Then of course there is the picnic/barbecue area which serves perfectly for a large gathering for a lunchtime picnic or a nighttime barbecue. Then, there is the water, which is great for a summertime swim with a group of friends. These aspects make the park whole make it the best park in the Bellingham area.

This park is absolutely beautiful. It would be the perfect place on a summer evening for a young man to purpose to his love as the sun sets out over the horizon, but it would also be a terrific place for a married couple to take the kids and the dawg to for a family outing. The beauty of the bay and of the Bellingham area will be shown off no matter who you are with or what time of the day it is. It is something else to be walking on the boardwalk as the sun goes down there is no place in Western Washington quite as spectacular as Boulevard Park at sunset.

Bellingham Bay could not be pictured better from Boulevard Park. Every visit to Boulevard Park will make you want to come back for more. Looking out at the endless water or over at the land that is way out in the distance will make you feel like taking a picture is absolutely crucial. Boulevard Park is by far the best vantage point to see Bellingham Bay. Boulevard park is second to know for relaxing and looking out at the beauty of the world, it truly is a magical place to be.

The park is also extremely nicely groomed and has new facilities. There is a coffee shop that was newly built for the park visitors and also attached to it there are new bathrooms. So, if you are at the park and you need a break from activities, it is perfect to stop in and grab coffee and a bite to eat. The coffee there is very good and it is nice and refreshing after completing a walk on the coastline. There is also exceptional snacks that provide energy to get back out there and enjoy a day at the park!

From the magnificent boardwalk, to the family-friendly barbeque area, Boulevard Park has it all. Unlike a lot of parks around the nation, Boulevard has access to not only an awesome area to have picnics or do recreational activities, but also to the incomparable beauty of the Bellingham Bay. No matter what kind of day you are having or what the weather is like, this park is always a go-to place. Being within driving distance of this park is an absolute blessing and I can’t wait to make more memories there this year.
