Mike. Nice, Very Nice poem/comment. I love the imagery that you have used to make this place sound so ah, ah, really really disgusting, sort of like that place we all fear, you know, like the White House as run by Donald J. Trump (the J stands for truth Just-nuts and the American way), but I digress. You know that old saying, the one I just made up; “You go first Donald, we’re right behind you. Hey, we got your back dude.”

But really, you have given me much pause and you have made a good argument for Eternal Life. A point to ponder. Hum, some of the alternatives sound inviting. Pitchforks, Fire, Brimstone (never did figure that one out), horns, lots of heat. Wait, do you realize, this could be a farmers spread in Florida? (hot, pitchfork, horns on the cows or bulls, whatever, and HEAT, lots and lots of HEAT and Brimstone, I still got nothing? That really does sound like really close to the truth. Makes me wonder about Purgatory, and a movie that I saw once, a long time ago; “Highway to Hell.”

A well written poem/comment about what we all dread.

Blessed be.
