Shoulder and neck pain are widespread. Almost everyone suffers from it at some point in their life. The causes are diverse: stress, lack of exercise, but also poor posture can lead to tension and pain in the shoulder and neck area.

In this blog post, we show you 3 simple exercises that you can easily do in between to prevent and combat shoulder and neck pain.

1. Shoulder Circles:

  • Stand up straight and let your arms hang loosely next to your body.
  • Now circle your shoulders 10 times forward and 10 times backward.

2. Neck Flexion:

  • Sit up straight and place your hands on the back of your head.
  • Now slowly bend your head forward until you feel a slight pull in your neck.
  • Hold the position for 10 seconds and then lift your head back up.
  • Repeat the exercise 5 times.

3. Shoulder Stretch:

  • Stand up straight and raise your right arm above your head.
  • Now bend your elbow and reach for your right elbow with your left hand.
  • Gently pull your right arm to the left side until you feel a stretch in your right shoulder.
