Loved this article, thank you, Tim. I can’t help wondering whether marketers and advertisers will eventually move in this direction too? I would love to see advertising that moves a prospect closer to their desired outcome, whether they purchase the product or not i.e. advertisers could (should?) gift valuable and useful information first, rather than pitching loud, fast and incessantly. Would require a radical shift indeed.
