Excellent piece. The beauty of these points is it also applies to NGO’s, development and aid organizations generally. Even for-profit companies that claim to be embracing “diversity and inclusion” do this stuff. I’ve been asked countless times for access to my network and to do work to help them meet their illusive goals, all for free, on demand and without gratitude.
