Live in the present

There have been a lot of big changes for us lately. Between this awesome new site, the different coaching programs we have put together and the work we are doing on our 1st self study program. Things have been crazy, but I wouldn’t change it for anything.

One of the many benefits of all this is the opportunity to meet so many interesting people. One of whom, Chris Robson. He’s all about helping people improve their lifestyle without all the crap and we had the privilege of being interviewed on his podcast.

It was exciting being asked to share our story and our vision on someone else’s platform and to a different demographic of people. The podcast went live on Friday and it was a surreal experience cycling through central London UK, listening to myself talk about relationships and inspiring people.

I often find myself talking about the life I want to live, after I do things like this podcast or speaking on stage. I will tell Laura that “this is what I want our life to be” and she always has to remind me that this IS our life.

It’s so easy to get caught up looking so far ahead that sometimes I forget to enjoy the now. Do you ever find yourself doing this? Thinking ahead to the next vacation, getting tunnel vision & counting down the hours all week because all you can think about is the weekend?

When I find myself having these thoughts, I’ll acknowledge them and go to my gratitude list (which I have on my phone) and read them outloud to remind myself of all the great things I have right now.

Let us know what you notice yourself doing and if you have began taking steps to become more present, what are they?

If you need anything or just want to talk. Don’t be a stranger. Email me, message me on Facebook or come to London for a visit.

A single golf clap? Or a long standing ovation?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
