As the dust settles, here are a few tips for taking care of yourself and handling the transition from the Playa into the rest of the world:

  • Sleep. Nap. A LOT. Ideally use apps so that you’re not waking up straight from delta waves.
  • Sip apple cider vinegar, diluted to taste. This both clears dust out of your throat and helps balance pH.
