They arn’t attacking her because she is a woman or all these other reasons because of some larger issue, when you are insulting someone you always attack their differences. Any difference or deviation from the norm you pick out and exaggerate to ostracize their opinion or try to invalidate it. This is “how anonymous harassment works 101” and shouldn’t be news to anyone.

Can we please just ignore the trolls instead of making articles like this to encourage them and make them think its working. By making these articles and trying to uncover some hidden non-existent deeper societal problem we are just making the internet an even better environment for trolls.
