This is not only all bull crap but it’s also incredibly depressing it’s actually coming from you, of all the fuckin’ people.
Did you rage so terribly about Steve Jobs? Or were you more inclined to share his wonderful words and quotes about life? What devices are you using?
Where was your outrage when this egomaniacal tyrant and appalling asshole was literally slaving people — and I don’t even mean Chinese subcontractors — to build another shiny device and sell it with an exorbitant margin to gullible buyers around the world? Where was your outrage when he pressed local authorities to conduct a raid on a house of suspected “leaker” of details about the latest Apple devices? Where was it when report after report, biography after biography, revealed what a monumental asshole he was?
He was, no question, a visionary who understood people and knew how to give them something attractive. Much like Kalanick was the man who brought Uber to millions. Why do you judge one person’s character and remain mute about literally one of the most abusive companies in the fuckin’ market today — not only preying on its employees, pushing its subcontractors to the ragged edge in terms of cost cutting, quite literally bankrupting some companies and leading to dozens — if not hundreds — of suicides of people involved in the manufacturing process, simply to expand its own margins beyond measure and hoard tens of billions of dollars?
When Jobs kicked the bucket millions of people went out lighting their iPhones in sorrow over his loss — but he was an absolutely appalling human being. He was a great executive, he was a great leader, he brought great products to the market, but he was an evil, abusive character while doing that.
And now you have the guts to rip apart another successful CEO — bah, even more, entire company he founded and built, bringing jobs to tens of thousands of drivers, allowing for efficient, affordable car transportation to hundreds of millions, if not billions, of people? Because of what? A string of allegations? Some misdemeanor of certain employees and not exactly ethical deeds of the executives, who — at the same time — mainly acted in the best interest of their company?
I didn’t think you were such a tragic, blind hypocrite.
