It’s Not About Race!
John Metta

This is an excellent article . I had never thought about the way we discuss things in and of itself can be deemed a white ritual .

On top of all the information pointed out here there is new evidence showing that Trauma and PTSD can be passed from Generation to next . Our past generations were very good at telling stories of Grand Parents and others . Imagine what those stories were to the Grand children of slaves or Native Americans or World War 2 survivors . They have a great impact on the surviving family . But , more that that they have taken blood from 32 Holocaust survivors and there following generations and have found alterations in the chemicals surrounding the DNA . The offspring were more susceptible to anxiety disorders and stress .
