Great post, and I enjoyed the original one too, which led me here. It’s ironic that initially I got distracted by an email notification (Medium Daily Digest) even though it IS the weekend. That led to these articles & half way through the second one, I went off to investigate the Moment and BreakFree apps, then installed/configured BreakFree. Although I was doing other things (read: multi-tasking) it’s now 3 hours since I first opened that email =)
Edit : I just finished watching the “Quit social media” video by Dr. Cal Newport. Very interesting, and he makes a LOT of good points!
