I do wonder, more gently now that I’ve caffeinated, how one can not be 50/50 and be equality? Surely you don’t mean a country or world where men do dangerous back breaking work and women run companies because it is not dangerous but is glamorous and high paying? Yes I get the argument that women “labor” as mothers but that argues against women in the workforce. So if you argue to be “fairly” represented that means taking on burdens and not just rights. Maybe we should change the slogan “right to work” to “responsibility to work” since in fact men always had the latter not the former.
