Are we ready for porn stars who “look like America?”

I’m not clear why we need ‘normal/average’ people in porn, by which we mean of course women. Men, being more visual, consume more porn than women and naturally like to look at beautiful, idealized women. Are we going to ask for vibrators and dildos that “look like America”? I’m going to bet if we pushed for or mandated 5.5" vibrators whose batteries died in 5 minutes there would be a war. Why does everything we do have to reflect “average” women so we don’t “put pressure” on them? When men watch porn it is not about other women, it is about men. Demeaning? Objectifying? If two people are having sex than how can it be demeaning/objectifying for/to the woman and not the man? Unless your point is SEX is which is your issue not ours. Demeaning/abusive porn that is about hurting/demeaning women is just that mostly porn is about women enjoying and reveling in sex, body parts and body fluids. THAT is what gets men off. Vibrators on the other hand REMOVE men’s bodies and men entirely yet are not considered “demeaning” or “objectifying” yet in the most real meaning of those words are precisely that to men. The same women that bitch about men still owning porn when they date don’t throw away their 9" never get tired rotate in ways that a man never could Rabbit do they?

I think they real question about porn is why we consider two people f*ing demeaning to women. It isn’t about women in the workforce, women’s dreams, women’s intelligence; it is about sex which men (and women) like to think about and do. Like it or not, everything isn’t about women, and everything men like and do doesn’t have to please women or make them feel more secure about who they are whomever they are. If the issue women have with porn is that it shows women that are younger/prettier/better bodies/better at sex than they are, maybe take a look at the men in comparison to the ones you’ve been with and ask yourself why men aren’t threatened or demeaned when watching it.
